| The GICCC Ladies of Royal Distinction are offering ACT Tutoring Saturday, May 29th, June 5th, 12th, 29th & 26th from 11AM - 1PM. Students will be tutored in the areas of Reading, Science and Math. We want our young people of Greater Imani to excel far beyond their mind's limitations because they are COLLEGE BOUND in the name of Jesus! |

The L.I.F.T. Women's Ministry is encouraging all women to come out and help us glorify God by encouraging and reaching out with the love of God. The GICCC Security Team is sponsoring a fundraiser to benefit the IBL ministry. Donation is $1 and winners will be announced during the IBL Awards Luncheon in June. 1st prize is a Blue Ray DVD Player, 2nd prize is a $50 gift card, 3rd prize is a $25 gift card. VBS will take place the week of June 21 - 25, 2010 from 5:30PM - 8:30PM each night at Greater Imani Church & Christian Center. This year's theme is "Step Up and Go Green for Jesus". Volunteer Assistants are needed in the following areas: Arts & Crafts, Classroom, Game, Kitchen and Hall Monitors. We need donations of fruits and vegetables and bottled water. Registration for children begins Sunday, June 6, 2010 in the fellowship hall after worship service. Training will be provided for all volunteers. |

Spring 2010 Church School Classes Begins |
| A Real Sex Talk Extravaganza on Saturday, June 26th from 11 AM until. Join us as we educate the young girls about the importance of saving themselves, as well as consequences of their actions if they are to engage in premarital sex (i.e. Soul ties, disease, STDs and so forth.) The age range for this talk is 13 - 19 years. Everyone who participates MUST have a consent form signed by their parent or guardian. Registration for the Spring 2010 Church School classes will begin on Wednesday, May 12th during Food and Fellowship in the BGW Fellowship Hall. Classes begin on Wednesday, May 19th. There will be a number of classes including: Living in the Spirit, On Mission with God, Understanding the Bible: People, Places and Events, The Fruit of the Spirit, Living in the Excellence of Jesus, Called and Accountable, New Generation Bible Study for Teens and Jesus and Me Bible Study for Children . Don't miss your opportunity to study the Word of God and grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. Meet your church leaders, win door prizes, tour the facility and ask questions.

They are the Ladies Of Royal Distinction and the young men meet with Pastor Ashford and are known as the Gentlemen Of Distinction. We are seeking volunteers to assist with the new program.
